There are lots of ways you can help!
Choose an option below...

Get active for CHSS...

Whether it’s walking, cycling, running, climbing, dancing, swimming, canoeing or any other active pursuit, make 2018 the year that you get active for CHSS.

There are lots of CHSS events to take part in or you can sign up for another organised event on our behalf.

Or set your own personal activity challenge: complete the West Highland Way, cycle across Scotland, take part in an overseas adventure or jog/walk/swim every day for a month or two!

Why not rope in your friends, family or colleagues and be active together by organising a sponsored walk, bike ride or sports tournament.

Do your own thing...

Quizzes, race nights, ceilidhs, cake bakes, sponsored shaves… the list is endless! If you have a great fundraising idea then we can help you to make it a real success

Whatever your idea is, just let us know and we can help with fundraising materials, advice, guidance and any support needed along the way.

If you need more inspiration, we’ve got some great advice and tips online - or just call your regional fundraising advisor (details below) who will be delighted to help turn your great idea into action.

You can also dedicate your fundraising to the memory of a loved one – a positive way of remembering the life of someone special, while helping support thousands more.

Get in touch with your local fundraising advisor today to start planning your idea.

Celebrate with CHSS...

Whatever your special occasion, whether it’s a wedding, reaching a landmark birthday or anniversary, you can celebrate it with Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland.

We can provide wedding favours, collection tins, logos and wording for invites. Get in touch and we’ll ensure you get the support that is just right for you and your special day.
