The sessions will typically last between 30 and 60 minutes and will be at a level suitable for the participant.
The instructors will offer progressions and will also provide the participants with handy hints and tips throughout of how you can keep moving at home throughout the week.
Some of the CHSS virtual sessions also offer a social element (usually a quiz) after the session is finished. To take part in the session the participant will need comfortable clothing and access to a laptop/tablet/pc with a camera and microphone. For details of sessions please contact email@example.com
